Have you ever thought about door-to-door sales techniques to increase your brand awareness and cash flow? The truth is that most of your clients are within a five to seven mile radius of your location, but getting the word out about your services is not so easy, and getting a new client through the door the first time is even harder.
The truth is, using door hangers is advertising and advertising brings awareness, and awareness increases cash flow, especially if you offer first time promotions. Local services can be hired to distribute door-to-door advertising. With first time promotions you can see instant results, but it is not the first time effort that counts. You need to make a commitment to once-a-month promotions for no less than six months to correctly judge the results. You can offer an analysis if you offer specials only on your door-to-door advertisement, but your analysis is not always perfect because some people will come in and not use your promotional offer. It is important to ask every new client how they heard about you and record that information for a daily report.
A few things to keep in mind:
• Make sure it is not going to rain on the day it is going to be distributed.
• Do not allow them to distribute after 2:00 PM because of children being released from school and them walking and playing in
the streets.
• Do not allow them to distribute on a weekend.
• The perfect time seems to be between 10 AM and 12 PM.
