Statistics
show that postcards and newsletters and NOW rack
cards are three of today's most powerful marketing
tools for attracting attention to ones business.
Advertising cards are helpful in making a positive
and long-lasting first impression and a great
way to introduce your company and your services
to the public. Because of these statistics, designing
and printing rack cards is a new service offered
by I.S. Marketing.
Advertising
cards can be used for general purpose promotions
or to target specific consumer groups including:
hotels, lodges, bed and breakfasts, golf courses,
sports complexes, entertainment companies, womens
groups and organizations, restaurants, museums
and galleries, and all small businesses in your
surrounding area that have rack card holders or
allow your rack cards to be displayed on their
shelves.
An advertising cards standard size is 9
x 4 with 4 over 4 color (full color front
and back.) The best way to create a rack card
is to make several lists of your business' features,
hours, location, and any promotions for purchasing
more than one service at a time. You should list
all services, but especially the services that
you excel at. Things we take into consideration
when we design rack cards are that the top 1.5
inches can be the only thing visible, when placed
in the racks of hotels, etc. In addition, rack
cards will occasionally be placed backwards in
a display case or left lying upside down. As a
result, you may wish us to design the top of the
front & back of your rack cards to be very
similar. Your list of features should be refined
and listed in order of importance.
Placing your advertising cards at each location
is your responsibility, so scout your area for
all locations, including all businesses as previously
mentioned. For hotels and all businesses that
have wall rack card holders, it is simply a matter
of talking to the manager and having the cards
available in quantity. For small businesses in
your area that do not have rack card stands, you
must supply a simple rack card holder. You must
also talk to the owners of small businesses and
offer exchanges of services to allow you to place
your rack cards on the counters at their locations.
